Seeing my Princess in Two Weeks...
Well, we bought the tickets.
On the 4th of March, I fly to Newark to see my Princess, and then the next day we fly to Sao Paolo, and then on to Asuncion, Paraguay. Return trip ten days later.
We have seats next to each other, with extra legroom on every flight, all thanks to the usual Princess attention to detail and her wonderful organization skillz. Talk about complementarity :D
Oh, and the DRESS is ready and I'm not going to see it until we get dressed for her brother's wedding.
Because, I understand, it will bowl me over. Not that I haven't already dreamed about this dress. Twice.
So, bring it ON, I say, My Sweet Princess Tigercub.
I can't wait to see you again, and visit your native country, and (gulp) your dad.
Location : Beauvais, France.

YOu all are so sweet!! It's only a few weeks away! That is so exciting!
And of course, you will post MANY pics for our viewing enjoyment..correct?
Pictures galore! Thinking about doing another postcard giveaway, too. Hesitating cuz I don't want to flog a dead horse, but if there's interest?
Yey!! I can't wait to hear all about it and see pictures. Sounds like you two are very much made for each other.
How did you score the extra leg room?
Continental has premium economy seats with extra legroom for their elite members (ahem). If you know the right travel agent and are both gold elite, well, it's not that hard to do.
The other way is to be 6'4"+ and show up early at checkin and beg for a premium seat, a bulkhead seat or an emergency row seat.
Most petite check-in girls will be dazzled by your smile and get you one, if there are any still free.
ozbhoy, Mathieu's story sounds so nice, but in actuality, his method to get exit row seats only works for Air France flights. For US air carriers, you can request an exit row seat when you make a reservation through your travel agent, or the airline directly.

Thanks for the heads up.
In either June or July Di and myself are travelling over to Europe for three months so all travel tips are welcomed.
Whilst in France what do you recommend we see/do?
Thanks in advance Dude.
Well, Ozbhoy, June is best time to be visiting the bits that the French will be flooding in July & August school vacation, so you might want to do the south at that point, with side excursions into spain or italy. Keep Paris for July when it is less full of Parisians :)
You know what the brits say, France is a wonderful country, if only there were fewer french in it!
