Vivi, I almost never use a tripod or a flash, as I tend to shoot dark pictures and just accept the inevitable fuzziness sometimes. As for the camera, i love my four year old Nikon Coolpix 990, because it has a great lightmeter, wonderful color rendering, and you can twist it to take shots you couldn't with a normal cam.
Jason, as there are two bearded men in the shots, and you used the adjective handsome, I'll go all shy on you and say you must be referring to my brother.
I've had a neg scanner, and shucks, unless you want to publish in slick mags or on 4x3 billboards, just shoot direct to digital. Who needs pics that weigh 14MB anyway?
Oh, and yeah, I did plug the ball bearing at the mirror project.
What a great photo!! And would you beleive it was the Nikon coolpix that a friend of mine lent me, and out of boredom and curiosity, I began to take erotic self portraits? I still love my 35mm Canon Elan 7, but oooh, digital is soo much fun!!

I am very VERY impressed!! You're really a natural!
These pictures really make me want to invest in a tripod. And even a fancier camera. *sigh* One of these days...
The two ball bearing photos are great. And the tree with clouds is another favourite.
Good shots.
Absolutely amazing photos.
And who is the handsome man with the beard?
Thank you, gentle readers. :)

Madame X, have i told you that my brother was a HUGE fan of the song Alain Bashung wrote in your honor?
Oh, and great submission to the mirror project, by the way ;)
