I did find some Sake in Beauvais. According to this, it is the premium brand. It certainly was much more refined and delicate than the one we drank for New Year's.

It never ceases to amaze me how easy it is to find the best asian groceries in Beauvais! Brought the bottle back with me from Chaton's place. Empty, alas... ;)
